Please note that even though the screenshots are in French, it is possible to have them in English. Just download the application normally, then change your local linguistic options to English, if it's not already made (which should be the case if youre english-speaking)
A linux version exists too (in english too)
Qre (spell "cure") is the main part of Qres
For the new version 1.0, I made a video formation, because I had a lot of comments on the complexity of the file gestion, so incidentally on the categories.
Now it's a lot easier, and I even show you how to do it :
To use it, you only have to tell him which .Qrec file you want to use. Then, it will choose randomly a .Qrd file included in it's configuration, to find a question randomly in the chosen file.
After you chose the .Qrec file, you only have to give answers. If you're wrong, or if there's no time left, the right answer will blink, and then you will have to answer another question immediately after. If you're right, confirm your answer and the window will close. You will then be able to continue what you were doing.
After the time you configured with QRec, another window will appear, with another question chosen randomly. Since this apparition can be surprising, the window appears gradually, and the time taken to appear can be changed with QRec (you can deactivate it if you want to).
Thus you can answer multiple questions on completely different subjects, or simply remind you some minor details on a precise subject once in a while, and make something else at the same time. By always answer these questions at this speed, you will make connections and you will ask the questions without even noticing! We can say that's learning.
